This informative and free 20-minute call is the first step. It allows us to discuss your current health challenges and goals and to determine whether functional nutrition is right for you.

To request your Complimentary Health Evaluation, simply reach out to me through my contact form, or schedule an appointment below. Please share anything that will help me prepare for our meeting so I can better understand your current situation, for us to review together during our call.

Individual Sessions

Comprehensive Nutrition Consultation 

All services begin with this 90-minute initial interview where we address your health concerns, medical/family history, current medications, detailed symptom information, assessment results, and food journal. We will work together to design a personalized dietary and lifestyle protocol that addresses your health concerns and moves you toward your health goals.


Follow Up Sessions and Packages

Receive my undivided attention during weekly 1:1 coaching sessions. You’ll also get unlimited chat access with me so I can help you navigate challenges and questions as they come up.

In our follow-up sessions, we will review progress, conduct any reassessments as needed, adjust your dietary plan if needed, and update your personalized plan.

$97 per follow-up session

Follow-up session packages are available at a reduced rate of $347 for 4 sessions or $697 for 8 sessions.

Let me be clear. I am not suggesting that you refuse conventional treatments for cancer if they are warranted, only that you eat healthily and be proactive in deciding what is right for your body and condition.

As a health and nutrition coach, my aim is to help people improve their eating habits. On many occasions, the people I’ve counseled about food have undergone surgery for cancer or done rounds of chemotherapy or radiation. I’ve also worked with people who took an exclusively natural approach to healing cancer.

What you decide to do is really up to you and should be based on your physical condition, your personal beliefs, the professional medical advice you get, and your intuition about what is the right protocol for you.

No matter what you decide to do, you should think of food as your original medicine. If you choose to undergo one or more conventional treatments for cancer, the recipes I share with you can be a great adjunct to those treatments. It will complement them. Good nutrition is the foundation of good health. Science is constantly revealing incredible insights on this.

I am not promising you a “miracle cure” for a serious health issue. My goal is to offer you comfort, inspiration, and hope that you can reverse or slow the progression of cancer in your body or prevent cancer from taking root in the first place.

What do I bring to my appointment?

For your first visit, whether it is at our office, by phone, or video call, we will be reviewing your recent medical tests (if applicable), current food intake, medical history, health concerns, dietary supplement use, and your desired health outcomes. Together, we can devise a plan for moving forward based on this information so be sure to bring everything you think is important to your unique needs.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance at this time.

A personalized roadmap with a set of unique guidelines and recommendations that will best support YOUR path to healing and optimal health.

Do you communicate with other healthcare practitioners I currently work with to coordinate care?

Absolutely! We believe one of the most effective ways to help our clients is by communicating directly with their care team. We can provide our own professional insight and recommendations, as well as coordinate care with other providers, to ensure you receive the most comprehensive care possible.

Do you require that I see you for a number of visits or can I just see you once?

While the research and our own clinical experience have shown us that people are much more successful when they have regular follow-ups, we do not lock you into any set number of follow-up visits. You can discuss this at the time of service, but if you feel your needs can be met with just one appointment, we will do our best to accommodate this. Please note, the more complex your situation is, or the more detailed your health and nutrition plan needs to be, the more difficult it becomes to fit everything into a sole appointment, and it may be more beneficial to have a follow-up visit or two to ensure you receive the best nutrition advice possible.
